Emily is the practicing attorney at US Disability Group, which she founded alongside her husband, Andrew, in 2011. She has successfully represented thousands of claimants before the Social Security Administration. She is admitted to practice law in Arizona, Massachusetts and the United States District Court for the District of Arizona. Prior to attending Boston College Law School, Emily obtained her B.A. in English with honors from the George Washington University.
Emily was raised in Marshfield, MA, but relocated to Phoenix, AZ in 2006 where she discovered her passion for protecting the rights of those who are unable to do so themselves. Emily belongs to the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives (NOSSCR). She enjoys traveling, hiking and spending time with her family and friends.
One of the founding members of USDG, Andrew manages the day to day operations of the company. He handles the on-boarding of new clients along with various marketing and administrative responsibilities.
Andrew earned his B.S. degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and is a certified non-attorney disability representative. He spent over 10 years in banking and finance with Chase and Wells Fargo prior to joining US Disability Group.
Andrew grew up in New Hampshire, but has resided in Arizona for over 20 years. Andrew enjoys being active, watching his hometown sports teams and traveling with his family.
Zorica has been a paralegal at US Disability Group since March 2017. She joined the company after earning her AS degree in paralegal studies, the ABA approved program at Phoenix College. Zorica’s professional background is in public relations and political science, and she worked in government and the public sector for several years.
Before moving to Phoenix, AZ in 2008, Zorica spent two years working as the executive assistant for the Prime Minister of Republic of Srpska (BiH). Zorica is very passionate about her job, and she loves making a difference by helping others.
She is involved in her community and is committed to giving back by volunteering in school projects and youth sports programs. Zorica lives in Phoenix, AZ with her husband of 12 years and their two children.
Nicole is a medical records clerk and administrative assistant for the company. She is responsible for acquiring all the medical documentation needed to properly file for disability claims.
After receiving her BS in Kinesiology at ASU, she went on to work for a variety of well-known physical therapy clinics in the Valley. Nicole has a passion for helping people and finds her role in the company to be rewarding.
In her spare time, Nicole likes to be active and not only coaches both of her children in soccer, but regularly plays on a recreational team with her husband.
